DDS (Sweden/Royal Carolinska Medico Chirurgic Institute) 1993
Dr Haddjeri has been a dentist since 1993 and is the third generation dentist in his family. He has worked in his own dental surgeries as a sole trader and also as an associate dentist for other dental corporations.
After qualifying Dr Haddjeri continued to explore dentistry in different countries including Sweden, Africa and UK. He enjoys everything in dentistry and has a special interest in malocclusion and related TMJ dysfunction, prosthetics, and endodontics.
Dr Haddjeri has been involved in different industries outside of dentistry, including trading with R-O (reverse osmosis) companies, and responsible for the heavy port equipment at Seaport, Brazil.
Dr Haddjeri also enjoys meeting people and new challenges.
BDS (India) 2005
Dr Avate-Sindgi qualified in India in 2005. She is registered with the General Dental Council UK to practice dentistry after passing the Overseas Registration Examination. She has worked in full time roles in India and London with dental corporations. She is now returning to part time work with us after a maternity break.
Pooja is very professional and enjoys all parts of her work and believes in providing quality dental care for the whole family with an emphasis on preventive dentistry. She likes to continuously develop her skills as a dentist and regularly attends courses to keep up to date.
As well as spending time with her husband and daughter, Pooja enjoys traveling, cooking and reading.
CEB Cert In Dental Hygiene 1980
Helen qualified from Kings College Dental School in 1980 and continues to attend meetings on a regular basis to keep up to date and is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
For the first ten years after qualifying as a Dental Hygienist Helen worked in and around London in very busy NHS practices and private practices in Harley Street and Knightsbridge.
After having a family Helen returned to part-time work.
Helen joined Kennet River Dental Practice soon after is conception in 2009. Her job as part of the team is to assist patients to achieve good oral care. The team try to make appointments as pleasant and pain free as possible and to take time to listen to individual’s needs and concerns. Working together can reduce tooth decay and gum disease.
Susan joined the Practice in 2009 and became Lead Receptionist in 2010. She now shares her time as a Lead Receptionist and Practice Administrator.
Susan enjoys spending time with her family, reading books for her book club which is known as the ‘Wine and Dine Club’ an attending Zumba classes.
Lead Dental Nurse
Lisa joined the dental team in 2009. Lisa trained at Salisbury District Hospital and finally qualified in May 2010.
Lisa works two days a week at the Practice and as well as her chair-side nursing role she has a number of administrative tasks and leads the nursing team in infection control.
Joanne joined the dental practice in December 2015 as a qualified dental nurse.
Joanne works full time at the Practice, giving chair-side support to our Dentists and Hygienist.
The General Dental Council (GDC) is the organisation which regulates dental professionals in the United Kingdom. All dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists and dental therapists must be registered with the GDC to work in the UK.
